Embodying the Wild Feminine (One to One and Small Group: virtual and potentially face to face): Women and Women identifying.
The course is a nine week course based on the sacred mandala/wheel of the feminine archetypes (Maiden, Lover, Mother and Crone) and the four elementals (Air (Ancient Ones); Fire (Path Finder); Water (Deep Diver); and Earth (Sovereign one) with a final integration session into the mystery of embodying the wild feminine.
This is a journey of reconnection to the lost and often exiled parts of our feminine divine wholeness, wildness and purpose in this lifetime. The course will involve 9 one-hour sessions combining yoga, ritual, breath work, guided meditation and tantra practices.
No previous yoga experience is necessary
